Chipmunk on Leaf
This cute chipmunk has been wood burned by hand onto a gorgeous piece of leaf shaped basswood. With over six hours worth of sanding, sketching, burning and sealing this little chipmunk was brought to life. The reverse side of this basswood piece features the live edge bark of the tree it was cut from and there is a golden chain attached to the top for easy hanging. The entire piece has been sealed with two coats of polyurethane for durability.
